Training, in-service, staff development…doesn’t matter what you call it, it is important to increase the knowledge, skills, and competency of your personnel. That is what we do.
From training paraeducators in the skills and habits of successful paraeducators, to training your key personnel or even entire special education faculties in skills for IEP meetings, to training Gen Ed teachers about SPED and their role in the provision of FAPE, to training administrators in discipline under the IDEA…that is what we do.

Why us?
We come to you:
We are available weekdays, evenings, or weekends.
We train any size group:
We have trained groups of vastly varying sizes, from as small as 8 educators to as large as 300 Gen Ed and SPED paraeducators at the same time and everything in between.
We have presented at state and national conferences where the audience at each session has numbered in the neighborhood of 200+ SPED administrators.
We are flexible and accommodating when we present training:
We will tailor the training to meet your needs. Most of our topics may be presented in various forms, from one-hour overviews to half-day or even full-day sessions. Many systems “bundle” sessions to fill the time they have available.
